Our organization seeks a professional with expertise in reviewing specialist medical reports to deliver high-quality, timely independent opinions.

This role requires working closely with colleagues, referring clients, and specialist consultants to ensure accuracy and clarity in reports.

The Quality Reviewer will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing specialist medical reports to deliver the highest quality and timely independent medical opinions
  • Ensuring legislative and customer compliance requirements are met prior to report release
  • Troubleshooting and escalating inaccurate, deficient, or incomplete reports and discussing with referrers and consultants to resolve issues

To excel in this position, the following qualifications are desired:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an industry case management, injury management advisor, or allied health role within a personal injury and/or accident compensation setting
  • Experience relating to interpreting and utilising independent medical reports
  • An understanding of the worker's compensation environment, insurance schemes, fitness for work frameworks, permanent impairment assessments, and the medicolegal environment
