Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Process & Systems Coordinator (Revenue Operations) to play a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing documentation, and supporting best practice adoption across our revenue team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement standardised processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Refine and maintain process documentation to improve clarity, efficiency, and compliance with best practice.
  • Assist the Philanthropy and Research teams in optimising donor management workflows and developing philanthropy proposal templates and tools.
  • Support revenue operations projects by enhancing processes, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and other change communications to support process adoption.
  • Use project management tools to track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align process improvements with organisational goals.
