Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our operations across multiple locations.

  • Multisite Management: Oversee daily activities, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the organization.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage skilled staff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain exceptional service standards, resolve customer concerns, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth to meet financial objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of hospitality management experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven leadership skills – ability to motivate and effectively manage a team.
  • Strong business acumen – understanding of financials, KPIs, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal and customer service excellence.
  • Ambition & Growth Mindset – desire to progress into a leadership or ownership role.
