Job Title: Process and Controls Risk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Controls Risk Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks across various sectors.

Your primary objective will be to work with clients to address their biggest risks through forward-looking, technology-enabled internal audit. You will contribute to the delivery of processes, solutions, and/or projects by delivering agreed activities, researching and presenting relevant information to inform recommendations.

  • You will have the opportunity to work on multiple client engagement teams across various sectors.
  • You will assist your client engagement teams by helping to identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance.
  • You will be accountable for delivering your own work and meeting required targets which impact the immediate team.
  • You will leverage EY's global network to support you in identifying solutions that solve clients' biggest problems and support them on their transformation journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Broad awareness of technical principles involved in delivery of internal audits and different service offerings.
  • Ability to understand and apply correct methodology, tools, and technology.
  • Ability to develop rapport with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business and their needs.
  • Communicates effectively with engagement teams and clients through careful questioning and listening.
  • Ability to present and deliver facts and analyses in ways that keep the listener's attention.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting them and promoting a collaborative culture.
