Consultant - Internal Audit - Process and Controls The opportunity As our Consultant in the Process & Controls practice, you\'ll work with top tier clients to address their biggest risks through forward-looking, technology-enabled internal audit, with a focus on people, process and purpose to drive long-term value.
This is a hybrid role based in Meanjin – Brisbane.
Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Your key responsibilities You will have the opportunity to work on multiple client engagement teams across various sectors.
You will contribute to the delivery of processes, solutions and/or projects, by delivering agreed activities, researching and presenting relevant information to inform recommendations.
You will assist your client engagement teams by helping to identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve process efficiency, effectiveness and business performance.
You will be accountable for delivering your own work and meeting required targets which impact the immediate team.
You will be able to leverage EY's global network to support you in identifying solutions which solve our clients\' biggest problems and support them on their transformation journey Skills and attributes for success Broad awareness of the technical principles involved in the delivery of internal audits and different service offerings.
Ability to understand and apply the correct methodology, tools and technology.
Ability to develop rapport with clients by demonstrating an understanding of their business and their needs.
Communicates effectively with engagement teams and clients through careful questioning and listening.
Ability to present and deliver facts and analyses in ways that keep the listener's attention.
Ability to build relationships with colleagues across the business, supporting them and promoting a collaborative culture.
Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.

Ability to build relationships with clients to better understand their businesses and provide relevant insights.
The skills to apply a structured approach to project management and documentation, and execution of internal audit methodologies.
