An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional property management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring excellent communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate and resolve repairs and maintenance requests in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our offshore administration team to ensure seamless property management operations.
Requirements
  • A Certificate of Registration or License and a valid driver's license.
  • A background in property management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a strong work ethic.
