Aboriginal Children's Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Child Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing comprehensive psychological services to Aboriginal children aged 0-12 and their families.
The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and provide family support to address emerging mental health challenges. This role requires strong communication skills, cross-cultural understanding, and experience working with children in this age group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's mental health needs
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans to address identified issues
- Provide family support to promote healthy relationships and outcomes
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Eligibility to apply for a Medicare Provider Number
- Current Driver's Licence
