About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to key stakeholders within the Health & Hospital and Enabling business units to enable delivery of the business strategy through strategic people interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the People strategy and execute in partnership with the Head of People to allocated Business Units
  • Cooking leaders to have courageous conversations and partnering on performance related matters including investigations, disciplinaries and terminations
  • Identify opportunities and initiatives to improve culture, engagement, inclusion & belonging, processes and ways of working across the sites
  • Keeping abreast of changes to employment law and industrial instruments applicable to business unit
  • Providing effective communication and building strong working relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in a HR generalist role, ideally in a multi-site environment with experience in managing ER related matters including exposure to management of Union Relationships
  • Previous experience supporting, developing, and coaching leaders and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders
  • An ability to plan and prioritise work in a high volume fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
