We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Client Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued members.
Your primary focus will be on serving as the first point of contact for member inquiries and account servicing. You will provide expert knowledge and support on Superannuation and Investment holdings, onboard new clients, and facilitate account setup and documentation.
You will work collaboratively with our advice team and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Your role will also involve managing the administration of existing client annual reviews and meetings, ensuring compliance obligations are met and exceeded.
In addition, you will track client activity and feedback to improve service standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries and account servicing
- Provide expert knowledge and support on Superannuation and Investment holdings
- Onboard new clients and facilitate account setup and documentation
- Collaborate with the advice team and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage the administration of existing client annual reviews and meetings ensuring service and compliance obligations are met and exceeded
- Track client activity and feedback to improve service standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in client servicing preferably within financial services or investment management. You will also require a strong understanding of investment products (Superannuation, Centrelink, Investments and Personal Insurances, etc.).
A tertiary qualification in financial planning is desirable, and you will need exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities is also required.
Familiarity with Xplan and financial platforms is preferred.
