Sales Expert and Customer Advocate

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Sales Expert and Customer Advocate to provide exceptional customer service and support. This key member of our sales team will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and delivering outstanding results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  2. Assist customers with product inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  3. Maintain strong client relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
