Catholic Education Western Australia is seeking a skilled Administrative Officer to join our team as a College Receptionist. This is an ongoing part-time position (0.4 FTE) that requires a high level of administrative support and reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the college, including reception duties, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, perform data entry tasks, and provide general administrative assistance as needed.
Selection Criteria
To be eligible for this role, applicants must be legally permitted to work in Australia and be prepared to support the Catholic ethos in the performance of their duties. A current National Police History Check as issued by the Department of Education Western Australia is also required.
