Job Opportunity

Establish yourself as a skilled contracts professional in our dynamic and diverse commercial projects team. We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our Perth-based operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project contracts and subcontracts from initiation through to final close-out, ensuring seamless collaboration with stakeholders and effective cost management.
  • Prepare and oversee variations, claims, procurement, and compliance documentation, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support Project Managers and site teams with proactive cost tracking and reporting, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure budgets and progress align with project targets, identifying and mitigating potential risks to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Maintain document control and reporting using industry-leading software, such as Procore.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a CA on WA commercial projects ($10M–$25M preferred), showcasing expertise in contract administration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and cost management principles, applied effectively in previous roles.
  • Experience with project systems like Procore or similar software, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in document management.
  • Perth-based commercial experience and full Australian working rights, allowing for seamless integration into our local operations.
