Job Title: Contract Administrator Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the performance of vendors and ensuring they meet their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft High-Quality Contracts: Develop and maintain high-quality tender and contract documents to minimize ambiguity and reduce opportunities for claims.
  • Influencing Procurement Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to select procurement strategies, such as fixed lump sum, cost reimbursable, and target cost.
  • Contract Management Support: Provide contract management support to project teams throughout the contract life cycle.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on contractor and contract performance to support business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted contract expert and lead negotiations with vendors.
