**Property Portfolio Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of leasehold properties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage leases, including renewals, surrenders, make goods, and market rent reviews to ensure optimal property value.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, systems, and databases through various administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the broader property and procurement team to ensure all property-related projects remain on track, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize disruption.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in transactional leasing within commercial real estate is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with proven success in driving favorable outcomes on behalf of the tenant.
  • A well-established network with owners and agents within the Melbourne market is highly regarded.
  • Experience working within retail franchise environments or tenant advisory roles is also highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building positive and lasting professional relationships.
  • A stable employment history and ability to work independently (remotely) while achieving role objectives are essential.
