As a Sales Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients. Expert customer service skills operate as the backbone of the branch and support sales teams in building relationships with clients.

Your role will be varied and include being the first point of contact for clients, providing administrative support to real estate teams throughout the end-to-end sales process, preparing marketing materials, database management, liaising with vendors and potential purchasers and general administrative support.

To succeed, you will have previous experience in fast-paced environments, a commitment to high-level customer service, experience in preparing print media, proficiency with Microsoft office suite, strong verbal and written communication skills, experience in using Adobe InDesign or a willingness to learn and a passion to build a career in real estate.
