Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. This is a key role within the organization, responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing exceptional service to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting private inspections, preparing lease documents, managing repairs, and performing reference checks for potential tenants. They will also be responsible for ingoings, outgoings, and routines, as well as repairs and maintenance.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have previous real estate experience in property management, hold a current Agents Representative Certificate/CertIV in real estate, and possess a valid driver's license. They should also be immaculately presented and well-groomed, with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of 140 properties
- Conduct private inspections
- Prepare lease documents and lease sign-ups
- Manage repairs
- Conduct reference checks for potential tenants

- Previous real estate experience in property management
