Job Description

As a Support Engineer, you will have the chance to develop your skills with detailed training plans and close collaboration with staff. You will be part of a high-achieving team and gain extensive tech exposure, working on new projects and adding value to your CV.

The position involves acting as a Level 2 Helpdesk Support engineer, resolving L2 tickets and providing assistance to L1 helpdesk staff. Key areas of experience include:

  • Office 365 migrations, administration, and support
  • Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, RDS, etc.)
  • Microsoft Exchange Server upgrades, administration, and support
  • Backup management
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware ESXi)

This role is located in an office on the North side of Brisbane CBD, close to public transport, with flexible work-from-home arrangements available for a few days a week.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an MSP environment
  • Recent experience working with listed technologies
