Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance to our clients across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in troubleshooting common IT issues on various platforms, including Windows servers/desktops/laptops, Azure, Backups, Office 365, mobile phones, and other key applications within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Provide level 2 & 3 technical support via phone, email, or remote access
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues on various platforms
  • Liaise with global resolver groups for escalated issues
  • Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist with system setups, maintenance, and projects

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong technical skills in IT support and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience working with customers in a customer-facing role
