About Our Tech Help Program

Our program brings young people and seniors together to provide personalized tech help.

The Role

We are looking for friendly, patient, and competent individuals who can assist seniors with basic tech skills in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to learners' homes and teach them to use their tech.
  • Assist learners with tech-related queries and issues.
  • Foster a supportive learning environment.
  • Promote our values and mission within the community.
  • Contribute ideas to continually improve our sessions.

Requirements

We don't require specific qualifications or previous work experience. What we look for is:

  • Passion for technology and willingness to share knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to homes in your area.
  • Commitment to our mission and values.
