Global Mobility Strategy Manager

Description:

This key role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of global mobility programs, policies, and strategies that support the organization's business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global immigration and relocation practices, as well as experience in managing cross-cultural teams and vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing effective global mobility programs, including policy development and strategy execution.
  • Managing a global team with direct reports in multiple locations, providing coaching and leadership to drive performance.
  • Setting goals and objectives for the team, aligned with the organization's overall strategy.
  • Overseeing budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, including talent acquisition, HR, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless delivery of global mobility services.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in global mobility, global immigration experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a global team, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Proven experience managing global vendor relationships, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural and linguistic environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and competing deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a keen desire to learn and develop new skills.
