Talent Management Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our global mobility transformation initiatives. As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects that enhance our clients' international workforce management capabilities.

  • Transformation Leadership: Developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions to evolve global mobility functions.
  • Talent Mobility: Managing international move administration for clients by operating their mobility functions either fully or partially.

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our hybrid team based in Australia. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Client Partnership: Building strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor to their mobility teams.
  • Program Oversight: Ensuring the end-to-end delivery of mobility services, leading onshore and offshore teams, and managing transformation projects.
  • Innovation & Growth: Identifying opportunities across mobility programs, leveraging technology to enhance service delivery, and mentoring junior team members.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Global Mobility Expertise: Hands-on experience in administering programs, advising on policy principles, and calculating assignment allowances.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership in managing individuals and teams, mentoring others, and fostering strong working relationships.
  • Innovation & Strategic Thinking: Skilled in project management, budget oversight, and bringing creative thinking to client challenges.
