Leadership Role in Mobile Maintenance


This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and safety-focused leader to join our team as a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals and ensuring the safe execution of planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the maintenance team to ensure high-quality work and a safe working environment.
  • Conduct daily work area inspections and regular site visits to develop a safe and efficient work culture.
  • Prioritize mobile maintenance activities, including coordinating parts and labor to achieve both planned and unplanned work in accordance with statutory and environmental requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement with a focus on cost savings, productivity improvements, and risk management.
  • Optimize crew performance through coordination, coaching, and feedback.

Requirements:


* Commitment to continuous improvement, particularly in Health, Safety, and Environment.
* Well-developed communication skills enabling you to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
* Confidence in leading, coaching, and developing team members.
* Relevant trade qualification and/or experience in mobile equipment maintenance.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position, preferably with knowledge of large-scale earthmoving equipment maintenance.
