About this role

We seek an experienced professional to join our Commercial Operations team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new brokers
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Provide training and support on company systems, policies and procedures
  • Collate and assist with monthly reporting
  • Contribute to business growth by increasing loan submissions

About you

We require someone with

  • in-depth understanding of broker platforms and processes
  • current or recent experience working with mortgage brokers
  • knowledge of NCCP, Australian Credit Licensing and AML/CTF
  • experience in operations or administration within the financial sector
  • demonstrated ability to connect with colleagues
