About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Key Account Manager to join our team at Fletcher Building. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Acumen: Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Sales and Operations Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and operations strategies, including project scheduling and timeline management.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate production of quotations and effective communication with customers.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to drive margin improvement through process enhancements and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: Proven commercial experience in sales and operations, with a strong understanding of business requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Planning and Coordination: Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and JDE (preferred).
