Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at DuluxGroup Ltd. as a Senior Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in managing our key accounts across the Melbourne metro area while also exploring business development opportunities in both existing and new market segments.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain/exceed margin and profitability
- Achievement of designated sales target and delivery of financial outcomes of the portfolio
- Ensure new product development (NPD) penetration into existing and new markets
- Preparation of tendered price agreements and presentations
- Develop strategic plans to drive growth across existing and new customer accounts
- Demonstrated experience in sales, account management of key accounts, and business development
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and build a strong rapport with key internal and external stakeholders
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor staff
