- Lead the design and delivery of financial performance reporting across all divisions.
- Develop tools and frameworks to support program planning, resource allocation, and performance triggers.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience at working at a strategic level, able to recognise direction and implications of policy.
- Advanced skills in ERP systems, BI tools, and financial modelling.
- Minimum 7–10 years in FP&A or corporate finance, with senior leadership experience.
