Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our financial strategy and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective financial governance, internal controls and risk management across the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive strategic improvements.
  • Oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance and external audit processes to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Manage key legal affairs, corporate secretarial duties and business insurance coverage to minimize risks.
  • Contribute to major transformation projects, including systems implementation, M&A and process optimization.
  • Optimize finance team structure and prepare for future organizational evolution by leveraging best practices.
  • Ensure robust treasury, cash flow and finance-related relationships to support business growth.
  • Maintain a comprehensive internal control framework to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven senior financial leadership experience in a global business, preferably with manufacturing and sales environments.
  • Experience in presenting business and financial reporting/analysis at board levels to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills to foster collaboration and drive results.
  • User knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems would be an advantage.
  • A passion for achieving outstanding results and driving continuous improvement.
