About this role

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and work closely with commercial leaders to provide financial insight and shape strategic decisions.

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support business objectives. You will also monitor KPIs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

You will be responsible for delivering strategic insights and supporting investment decisions with deep financial analysis. Additionally, you will streamline processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, including 3-5 years in leadership
  • Proven people leadership skills and a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Strong grasp of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Advanced Excel and modelling skills; ERP experience a plus
  • Clear, confident communication across all levels
