Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Breakfast Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our friendly and service-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day operations of all outlets, maintaining a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times. They will lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment. Additionally, they will assist in recruitment and induction of new team members, ensure that team members are briefed on all specials and standard menu items, and handle any escalated guest complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day operations
  • Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience
  • Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team
  • Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members
  • Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months of Food & Beverage supervisory experience
  • Previous experience within a hotel environment is preferable but not essential
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products
  • Well-groomed and professional in appearance
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including early starts, weekends and public holidays
  • Availability to work typical breakfast shift hours from 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • RSA essential
  • Own Transportation is essential
