Job Title: Educational Leader

Are you a passionate and experienced leader seeking a new challenge in early childhood education? We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as an Educational Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Centre Manager to support daily operations and administration
  • Develop, implement, and reflect high-quality programs aligned with our values and philosophy
  • Provide inspiration, mentoring, and guidance to educators
  • Foster a positive and empowering workplace environment delivering highest levels of care
  • Work off the floor to support the team in programming and practice
  • Collaborate with other educational leaders to drive curriculum innovation
  • Ensure immaculately presented environments throughout the centre

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Education and Care Regulations
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Leadership role in an Early Childhood Service or minimum 5 years' experience working in an Early Childhood Service
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children, and families
  • Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance
