Turner & Townsend Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and manage our current TA team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for Australia and New Zealand, recruiting top talent in Cost Management, Project Management, and PMO specializations.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to determine resourcing requirements for the short, medium, and long term.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including conventional and digital campaigns.
  • Drive the adoption and compliance of our ATS functionality.
  • Implement ATS functionality to enhance candidate journey efficiency and enable accurate MI reporting.
  • Produce monthly MI reports on ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter performance.
  • Participate in experienced hire recruitment projects, including IR35 compliance, GDPR, and social media campaigns.
  • Line and performance manage 4 TA Specialists.
  • Ensure agency expenditure is minimized.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Experience in planning and implementing successful recruitment campaigns using various channels.
  • Ability to craft compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage candidate pipelines and track/report performance.
  • Knowledge of recruitment-related regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in line and performance management of others.
  • Commercial focus.
