About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our E2E delivery for Telecom Network Projects in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery, leading a team of project professionals, and driving required outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive E2E delivery, manage delivery schedule, and handle end-to-end delivery process, governance, and relationships.
- Manage budget, track cost versus progress, and address project communication and reporting of progress and issues.
- Implement delivery targets with quality and first-time-right approach, and have a continual improvement approach to streamline processes and obtain faster outcomes.
Requirements
- Excellent competence and experience in program management.
- Excellent Leadership, Communications & Negotiation Skills - ability and strength to negotiate and influence outcomes.
- Proven experience to lead and align teams.
