The role of Maintenance Planner is a pivotal one within our organisation.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic thinker to join our team as a Maintenance Planner. As a key member, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all preventative maintenance activities across our factory, with the primary objective of minimising downtime and ensuring seamless production operations.

This hands-on role requires close collaboration with our factory teams to identify potential issues early and implement effective solutions. You will also have the opportunity to bring your expertise to shape how we approach maintenance, driving continuous improvement and optimisation.

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules that align with business objectives
  • Promote a culture of preventative maintenance, reducing the risk of equipment failure and downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

In this role, you will have the chance to work collaboratively with our Maintenance & Reliability team to drive business outcomes through effective maintenance planning and execution.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, preferably within FMCG or dairy
  • Solid experience using maintenance systems (MEX would be an advantage) and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for improving processes and driving business outcomes
