As a key member of our team, the Strategic Communications Planner will play a crucial role in leading communications strategy and planning.

About this Role
  • Lead Communications Planning: Originate and own channel and communications plans across all media, ensuring alignment with core strategic direction.
  • Client Leadership: Act as the main client contact throughout the planning process, fostering strong, influential relationships with clients, media owners, and agency partners.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Strategy and Investment teams to deliver insightful, innovative, and executable media strategies within established guidelines.
  • Innovative Thinking: Identify and lead the implementation of creative media initiatives that stem from strategic media direction.
  • Integrated Planning: Ensure full integration across digital and traditional channels, maintaining adherence to planning frameworks and best practices.
  • Stakeholder & Process Management: Manage workflows and collaboration to ensure effective delivery and seamless execution.

  • A strong, demonstrated media experience and ability to confidently lead communications strategy and planning.
  • Comfortable acting as the main client contact, clearly articulating goals and managing the full planning process.
  • Initiative and ability to manage planning and admin processes independently and with precision.
  • Collaborative mindset, actively seeking opportunities to work across teams with the agency's best interests in mind.
  • Strong connections with clients, media owners, and teammates, bringing positivity, clarity, and a solutions-first attitude.
