Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a Junior Member position in our team. As a Junior Member, you will be responsible for ensuring your section is adequately stocked and well-presented to maximise sales while providing excellent customer service at all times.

This role involves operating the register if required, maintaining high standards of merchandising and presentation, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including the correct use of equipment.
  • Undertake procedures as per company standards.
  • Effective communication is essential; ask questions if unsure.
  • Provide customer service to valued clients efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of merchandising and presentation standards in your work area.
  • Stock, replenish, and rotate shelves and displays; rotation is paramount.
  • Keep the working area clean and tidy to avoid trip hazards and impede customer flow.
  • Contain and clean up all liquid spills immediately.
  • Operate and balance the cash register.
  • Maintain personal appearance and uniform to high standards.
  • Contribute positively to the workplace environment.
  • Follow instructions from managers at all times.
  • Assist with product selection as required.
