About the Opportunity

The Junior Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring their sales floor is adequately stocked, well merchandised and presented to maximise sales while providing excellent customer service at all times. In a team environment, you will need to be skilled across all areas.

Key aspects of this role include maintaining a strong culture of safety, effective communication with colleagues and customers, and providing high-quality service to valued clients.

As a Junior Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in stock management, merchandising and presentation standards, and customer service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and visually appealing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and uniform
  • Contribute to a positive, welcoming store environment
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and management at all times
  • Assist with product selection and replenishment as required
Requirements
