Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Director in leading the team to achieve excellence in early learning and care
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the team to enhance their skills and expertise
  • Take charge of the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
  • Implement and use the Goodstart Practice Guide to inform best practices
