Dynamic Leadership for Young Minds

The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional leader to shape the educational journey of our centres. As a Pedagogy and Curriculum Leader, you will play a vital role in driving high-quality outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to centres to ensure adherence to best practices and processes;
  • Monitor staff interactions to guarantee alignment with the EYLF and industry standards;
  • Coach, mentor, and lead the development and implementation of effective educational programs and practices;
  • Review current educational programs and documentation;
  • Hold bi-monthly networking meetings with Educational Leaders;
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance centre practices and programs;
  • Foster a culture of excellence and innovation in education and care services;
  • Collaborate with centre teams to achieve excellent outcomes for children and families;
  • Work collaboratively with other leaders to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives that drive quality and consistency;
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to centre teams to support them in achieving high-quality outcomes;
  • Lead and facilitate professional learning opportunities for centre teams to build capacity and expertise;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with centre teams, parents, and community stakeholders to promote the centre's vision and values;
  • Lead and participate in committees and working groups focused on improving centre practices and policies;
  • Support the centre manager in leading and managing the centre's operations and resources.
