Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a passionate educator to lead our team of early childhood professionals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Educator who is passionate about building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

You will have the opportunity to mentor and guide a team of educators, supporting their professional development and growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) and current Working with Children Check are essential requirements for this role.

A strong background in first aid, including asthma and anaphylaxis training, is also required.
