About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the position of Department Head. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning outcomes and leading school improvement initiatives. They will be responsible for driving the school's vision and values, fostering a collaborative and progressive work environment, and promoting digital literacy and critical thinking skills among students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of the Health and Physical Education curriculum across Years P-12
  • Cultivation of partnerships with tertiary institutions to advance sports performance pathways for students
  • Management of a diverse team of teaching and technical staff
  • Coordination of the Human Skills and Relationships program across the college
