The Role:

A Grain Technician plays a critical role in ensuring grain is received, loaded, and moved safely, efficiently and effectively. The position requires maintaining high hygiene standards across site, while working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Key accountabilities include working in close proximity to road and rail transport, receiving and maintaining grain within receival and quality standards, and ensuring grain loaded is correct, free of contaminants and within specifications.

Metro Grain Centre operates on a 24/7 basis, offering various roster options. As an integral member of our team, you will need to work safely in a physically challenging environment, establish effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners, and maintain a safe working area for all employees and customers.
