Engineering Leadership Role

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and shape the Engineering Chapter, focusing on customer experience, security, scalability, and innovative engineering practices.

The chapter's primary objective is to design and build payments systems and services, ensuring high-quality code while fostering a culture of psychological safety, autonomy, and mastery. You will be responsible for aligning chapter goals with ambitions to become a global leader in Agentive and General AI at scale.

  • Lead a team of engineers designing and building payments systems and services, remaining hands-on with code.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent, promoting a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Align chapter goals with ambitious objectives to become a global leader in Agentive and General AI at scale.
  • Design solutions for complex challenges within business units with strong security focus from first line of code.
  • Encourage others to enhance engineering skills while building high-quality applications.
  • Drive Engineering Governance, Continuous Delivery, and initiatives such as Cloud and Payments Event-based architecture.

  • Create structured opportunities for engineers to learn, collaborate, and build capability, especially in AI-Powered Engineering.
  • Set and monitor individual development plans within Full Cycle Engineering Job Framework.
  • Foster growth and learning through Chapter Time and Hackathons.
  • Build high-performing chapters by attracting top talent and supporting career development through structured learning pathways.
