We are seeking an experienced customer success manager to join our team and help drive business growth in the renewable energy sector.

  • About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical asset management, SCADA technologies, and commercial orientation. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing strategic guidance, and driving value creation through account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and execute customized account plans to meet customer needs and drive retention and expansion.
  • Strategic Advisor: Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on how to maximize their use of our software solutions.
  • Cross-Sell and Upsell Opportunities: Identify and pursue new revenue streams through cross-selling and upselling existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SCADA and EMS technologies, including hardware and software deployment.
  • Commercial Orientation: Proven experience in selling or servicing large, complex customers.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
