Job Title: Renewable Energy Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team in East Melbourne.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a market leader in the renewable energy sector, focusing on building relationships with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and recovering outstanding debt.

The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing our client's business as the new operator across 80+ clients, re-engaging customers, and establishing new relationships. They will also negotiate payment solutions while maintaining contract continuity using CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients
  • Recover outstanding debt through negotiation and agreement of payment plans
  • Use CRM tools to track progress and ensure cases are resolved promptly
Requirements:
  • Proven B2B sales experience with SME clients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to win over clients
  • Problem-solving skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience in collections is an advantage

About the Role:

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 9-5pm at our brand-new office in East Melbourne. The initial contract is for 4 months with the possibility of extension or a longer-term engagement.
