Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled government relations professional to join our team as Senior Manager. This role will serve as a key representative of the business to government stakeholders, responsible for developing and executing strategies that advance operational and reputational goals.
About the Role:
- Lead on crafting and executing government relations strategies
- Represent in meetings with political stakeholders including policymakers and administrative authorities at various levels
- Coordinate with trade groups and industry associations, and drive thought leadership opportunities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, law, political science, economics or related field
- At least 8 years' experience in government relations, public policy, regulatory affairs, or similar roles
- Excellent understanding of ANZ's political, legislative, and regulatory processes
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
