Property Asset Manager

The ideal candidate for this role has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and is experienced in asset management. This position involves the day-to-day management of properties on behalf of a government entity.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure optimal lifecycle costs and achieve business targets.
- Support the delivery of property asset management teams' business plans and all other strategic initiatives.
- Analyse regular call-outs, reactive maintenance, and other requests to inform asset maintenance plans and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Be the first point of contact for technical, facilities management, and asset maintenance inquiries.
- Monitor and direct contractor performance to ensure that all contracts are executed to scope.
