The role of Asset Manager involves overseeing the daily management of properties, maintenance schedules and small project initiatives.
About the OpportunityWe seek a skilled professional to manage public assets in various settings such as schools, hospitals, courts and police stations.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify areas of risk and opportunity to develop plans for achieving commercial targets and optimizing lifecycle costs.
- Support business plans and strategic initiatives related to property asset management.
- Analyze call-outs and requests to inform asset maintenance plans and schedules.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical, facilities management and asset maintenance matters.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure contracts are executed within budget and scope.
- Maintain adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Assist with audits and inspections.
- Build relationships with agencies, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
- Ensure record management and reporting for proactive performance monitoring.
