Job Overview

The Sales and Inventory Optimization Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and profitability across third-party platforms.

  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product strategies and assortment decisions.
  • Develop and manage seasonal sales and margin plans for third-party accounts, ensuring alignment with partner goals and regional trends.
  • Monitor sell-through rates and recommend replenishment or reallocation strategies to optimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to prevent delays and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, platform trends, and consumer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Presentation of actionable insights to internal teams to inform future planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to plan product launches and promotional campaigns, influencing digital merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Recommend markdowns or exclusive drops to drive traffic and conversion.

  • You have advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
  • You're analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • You're proactive, commercially savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • You manage time well and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
