Compliance Administrator Role

We seek a detail-driven Compliance Administrator to facilitate subcontractor compliance across our portfolio. In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring vendors meet internal system requirements and supporting them in their compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and support new vendors on their compliance obligations
  • Review vendor documentation to ensure it meets internal system requirements
  • Liaise with trades and contractors to ensure site safety compliance
  • Achieve improvements in compliance rates for all vendors
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
