About the Role
We are currently seeking a casual Rostering Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations at our Fred French facility.
As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming, organised, and supportive environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Facility Manager and team
- Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing general inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records and resident documentation
- Assisting with data entry, rostering, and compliance reporting
- Supporting staff onboarding and HR-related tasks
- Managing office systems, supplies, and day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, preferably within aged care, health, or community services
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems (e.g., CRM AlayaCare, 3CX)
- A warm, empathetic, and respectful manner
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and compassion
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate of Education or equivalent
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian working rights
- Friendly, professional, and supportive attitude
- Commitment to high-quality customer service and resident engagement
